I have 33 Lbs. of Fuel Pressure when cranking and Spark but no start !
Where can I begin to look ?

Are you sure the injectors are firing? Test them with a niod light if I remember right

You can stop off at any parts store like napa just ask for a set of noid light testers around 20 bucks.
