MSD question

DOes any one use an msd if so what did you gain? was it worth it ? and which one do you need that works best thanks

didn't you watch that full throttle show???? the full black grill car made it to rockford and wasn't runing for spit. i got rid of the msd and put back the vacuum lines and all of the sensors and the car is tarring up the streets. the magnavox coil puts out more voltage than the msd will ever do so yah its a waste of money. so is the type 2 coil setup its only made for the new 3800 engines not for our 3.8 turbo engines.
