My first GN

Well I finally found my project car. An '84 GN with 105k T-Tops and in need of paint and a fw other thing. Lets start the questions:
1 Where can I get the weather stripping that goes around the T-Tops?
2 Where and how much am I going to spend on a FMIC conversion?
3 Is there anywhere in particular that I should shop for HP parts?
4 Are the factory service manuals on the engines still availale or does anyone hav one their willing to part with?
5 I see alot of cars on here have computer chips. Which will work with the current ignition system that the car came with. I will be looking to upgrade the turbo exhaust intake as stated above. Im looking to keep the spending around $2000 for now.
6 What should the car run stock in the quarter and what should I expect to gain with what Im looking to do?

84-85 cars ran mid-high 15's in the 1/4 IIRC
