sorry fellas but I have searched the name this harness and can't find any information on these.

Image IMG_0332 looks like a dimmed interior lighting connector. Maybe for the illuminated dash panel (usually only on Limited's).
Or possibly the light for the heater control panel. I can't tell the location of it via the picture.

Image IMG_0326 goes to the radio.
Image IMG_0328 is the power antenna relay.
Image IMG_0331 is for the twilight sentinel module (optional).

Not sure about the others. Being able to see the wire colors going to the connectors is very helpful.

PPL/WHT 12 awg wire goes from ignition switch to stater solenoid S terminal. Runs through the C100 bulkhead connector.

What is it used for because the car cranks without it being plugged in

Could it go to the factory alarm?
 
Yes, which apparently has been bypassed. Look for UA6 on the SPID label.
