My family was from the Nurnberg area, too.

But since my great grandfather came to the US in 1853, not many relatives are left there. We've traced our family back to the 1630's and hope to visit the roots sometime.

they are based out of Styer Austria . during the war it was a manufacturing town that did supply a lot of parts for the Germans during the war . and still is from what I know for farm equipment . There was a large ball bearing plant there during the war that was very important at the time .. also has a lot of history going back to Napoleon . I spend some time there when I was in my early teens , very cool little town .


I tried the translator program but a lot of it still does not make sense . I'll forward it to you . thanks .
