someone lemme know if you know where i can find a picture of a front view of a TR without a header panel or radiator.. im doing something and i need a better view than crawling under my car and looking up

thanks.

Hey there, I have everything off of the front of my car right now, no headerpanel, grill, bumper, fillers, bumper bracket, etc.

Is this what your looking for? I can try and borrow a digital camera from work if you need a pic or two. What specifically are you looking for?

well im going to buy a sheet of aluminum and fasten it to the core support to force air through the radiator instead of letting it go out the bottom, sides, and headlight buckets, and i need to see a good viwe of the core support to see where i can makemounting points

jsut a full frontal view of the car sans header panel will do :)

if you can help id REALLY appreciate it

I'll see what I can do. Make sure your car doesn't already have this. Mine has the factory rubber flaps to do as you explained, not sure if the 84's have this or not.

mine doesnt which is why i wanna make some..

i figure i can make very easily a U shaped piece, just out of a VERY thin piece of aluminum, and just screw L brackets onto it to attach it to the core support.. but id like to see exactly what the car looks like w/no header panel to see my options..

The tar paper flaps on my 87 were in pretty rough shape, so I searched around for a durable replacement. What I found was the black vinyl corrugated floor runner that Home Depot sells by the foot. I picked up 3 feet and had plenty to make new baffles. Been in there for almost 2 years now and they still look and work great. I didnt have to remove the header panel to install them either.
