I am looking for the sensor that screws into the top of the lower plenum. I believe it is the temp switch for the cooling fan. It is directly under the throttle body linkage.

Does anyone know a part # for it or where I can get one. I tried 3 local parts stores and no one had anything like it.

Thanks in advance! :D

I do not have the sensor, but it is called Temperature Fan Control.

How do you like your Denali?

Have you had any problems? I have replaced my driver's mirror. Had the extended warrenty so I did not have to pay the $400.00+

I love my Denai!

I have had a couple of problems this winter. It has a bad coolant leak, and exhaust rattle.

I had to replace a trans line that rubbed against the a/c compressor and put a hole in it. And a power steering pump.

With 65k miles, i guess you can expect some problems.

Other than that, its great. I do not have a warranty, but a good friend is a tech at a GMC dealer.

Try your friendly GM dealer, or alternatively an AC-Delco store - the switch should cross-reference to AC.

Thanks for the info. I found it at autozone. They dont stock it so i had to special order it.
