Installing new headlight bezels and the Right front bumper was damaged to the point where the bottom nut clip will need to be replaced. What’s the best option, I cut a piece of sheet metal and am trying to fabricate a bracket however what is the strongest adhesive to attach it. I’ve tried Jb weld, however once the screw is installed it breaks off. I’ve also used something called Steel Stick however same result. Is there something else that ai could use to provide a bond for this plastic piece. The picture is the piece that I am trying to secure

Go to the parts store and check the HELP section. They have an assortment of various common clips. You'll probably find what you are looking for, or a resonable facsimile, those aren't all that uncommon.

Hi TurboT, thanks, but the issue is not finding the clip or the nut itself, I have plenty of them. The issue I’m having is how to make it stay in place.

clean up the area with some 80-grit sandpaper to provide mechanical adhesion. Also scuff the clip a tiny bit. apply some two-part adhesive (3m or sem or similar) to the area. Clean up the area with mineral spirits once parts are joined. Let sit some hours before you install screws. I have not done this to a GN but have done it to semi-truck hoods before.

Worked and completed, but I will say that zi admire body shop/ paint technicians—shit is nasty gets everywhere. I will need to get a paint when I’m done because I scratched up the front a bit trying to get this thing on and off for about 2 weeks, still doesn’t line up perfectly. However I’m going to get a new paint job so maybe he can do some magic in the front area for me as well
