Need Computer Help Please

Hey guys I just got a new computer and want to erase/return my old computer to the default settings (no files need to be saved)before I give it to my sister. I have done it a couple times in the past but have forgotten. Can anyone refresh my memory? Thanks

The program is Windows 98 and the computer a packard bell if i matters. Thanks

Do you have a restore CD?

You could just spend some time deleting things..

del c:\*.pr0n

make a boot disk and format the drive, then a fresh install of whatever op/sys u want
