Need head gasket help!

I have stock heads with full race port, over sized valves, with ARP head bolts. I tried RJC "Bullet Proof" head gaskets and followed all their instalation procedures, re-torque and all that stuff and they still dont like 28 psi i have also tried several other gaskets and they all end up giving out. Any suggestions?? I also have shot out 2 spark plugs in 2 diffrent occasions. The porcalin part just shoots out and the thread stays in the block .Any thoughts on that?? all help is greatly appreciated thanks!

I bet there is nuthing mechanically wrong.

you just need to learn how to tune.

if the ceramic is coming out of the plugs.... then its knocking like a diesel.

That sounds like a winner to me. What combo do you have? Also, what are you using to monitor knock?

try some cometic gaskets... I continued to blow gaskets until I tried cometic

I had the porcelain break on an Autolite plug once. I wasn't aware of any knock. My Cometics leaked, put in Cadillac tablets, haven't leaked since.
