Need help Julio!

Hey Julio, I installed your kit and everything tested out fine but i still havn't filled the tank with alky yet cause i'm still waiting on a few things. NOTE: I did hook up the red wire to a ign terminal everything was working fine. I installed the caspers audible Knock sensor just now and was going to test it when i heard something under the hood, well it's the pump! it's running continous now when i just turn the key on!!!! ( ???? ) before i could turn the key on and push the test button and it worked great. Help!!! i don't want to burn up the pump... Scot W.

Okay i just unpluged the three prong wire that goes to the 3-bar map sensor and it tests out like it's supposed to. You can turn the key to the on position and press the "test" button and the pump and all the lights come on as they should, i turn the gain knob while depressing the test button and the pump and "power injection" light incresses with the pump. (just like it should) Does this mean a bad 3-bar map? Scot w.

Well i found the gremlin, working fine now!

I'll guess.. hooked the green wire to the 5volt line on MAP.. that makes my PAC think your at 30 PSI boost :wink:

No it's really hooked up exactly like the directions BUT i have a digital dash and when we installed the f.a.s.t system you need to jump together two wires to kick the compressor on, well while i was doing some wiring at the harness i figured i would re-connect them and it supplied voltage to the 3-bar map. snipped wire again and walla! back to working fine. but i still need to figure out which wires will get the A/C working... I would rather deal without a/c right now than to go without alky!! :biggrin:
