Need help with knock signal

Yesterday I was switching my waste gate to get more boost after a terribly slow run at the track earlier this week ( not sure why it's running so slow neither but it's very frustrating ). My car is saying a knock signal is present on my otc at about 8 lbs of boost on 93 octane and 15 lbs with alky and 810 mv at wot. My scanmaster is not reading any retard but it also reads 59.8 sometimes just under regular driving so I'm not sure it's working. I was just wondering if anyone could help

I spent around four years figuring out false knock and curing it. It was a really bad experience which I will never forget. I have the list from Suicide six if you want it. My knock issue was not on the list due to changing to a 340 block. The first thing I would do is remove the knock sensor, clean the connector and reinstall at 14 ibs tourque.
