I have a 87 turbo t. I start my engine in the morning, engine runs rough. Its a rebuilt engine stock, new idle air control, new spark plugs, new wires, new crank sensor new mess air flow sensor new fuel pump, new fuel filter , new spark plug wires , scan master doesnt show any codes all the vaccum lines replaced. Hears the picture of my engine the only difference on the engine is my alternator you can see the way i hooked the wires up its shows 13.5 im not using the original alternator wire coming from the dash i dont know if that has anything to do with it please someone give me an idea

What maf are you using? Translator might need looked at to make sure it is set correctly for the maf used. What are your tps voltages at no throttle and wot? What chip are you using and what is your base fuel pressure? Correct for your chip?
Any other scanmaster numbers you are seeing?

A lot of times it is rough from fueling. Usually it is rich when it idles rough. A wideband makes it easy to see.

Stock maf 4.9 tps voltages stock fuel, stock fuel pressure regulator. Fuel pressure is when the car is running 33 , vacuum off its 39. No code or numbers comingup . When my engine is running i pull the tps plug engine doesnt make any difference,

stock maf is a known weak point in these cars.

"new mess air flow sensor"....
As in a stock "rebuilt", or a used/stock unit?
