Need help with scanmaster readings.

Here are the readings from my scanmaster at idle.

02's = jumps all around(200 to 600@idle)(0 to 900@cruise)
AF=5 (210@WOT)
L8=35 to 38
BAT=13.1
INT=134
BL=90 to 112(stays on 90 while cruising)
MPH=0
CLE=165
ATS=115
r=725 to 800
TPS=42
IAC=23
cc=4
mal=00

The car is missing on top end, it surges and pops as the boost
increases. Sometimes it starts this at 5lbs. of boost or
it might not do it till it tops out at 18lbs. Can you guys tell me
what is wrong by looking at my readings ? I have already
replaced the coil pack,ign.module,02 sensor,spark plugs(R42LTS),
and MAF sensor(remanufactered=echlin).

90 while cruzing looks to be running rich.

You didn't list spark plug wires in the parts you show you replaced. They can definately cause your problem.
