IIRC this car has a hole in at least one piston (or the ring land is toast) I looked at it and made an offer on it before Buick T got it.
It ran but would blow the dipstick out of the tube and had a very obvious "popping" sound... and corresponding blow-by.
With that... assuming you need a bottom end rebuild and probably a set of injectors ( assuming something caused the lean condition to kill a piston) and probably a fuel pump for as long as the car has been sitting.
Call me Thursday AM if you can
