Need new o2 for FAST

Someone cross threaded the o2 in my dads car and I need a new one I guess I would get it from PTE that is where I got the system from origionally but its like 8yrs old and is a FAST b2b do I need something off the box? The only thing I see on the sensor is NTK L1H1 and the connector says 1660 with a sharpie. Thanks Jay

The 1660 is likely a # put there to ID that particular sensor as being matched to your ECM. Is the ECM S/N 1660?
The NTK should come w/ a calibration disc. Be prepared for sticker shock...

I dident look at the box yet it is under the seat arent those sensors like 300 or so?
