Need Phone Number

Anybody have the phone number to I think it's Rusty who rebuilds and restalls PTS Xtreme 9x11 converters? I think he's in AZ. I had him do one some years ago but lost his phone number and need to get one restalled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike
