need quicker spool up at low end

currently i am running a 21 degree chip with alchy injection. I have a TE51 with the stock D5 Can it be possible to make the turbo spool up with the D5 by playing with the timing and fuel pressures? Is 21* fine for my setup or should I go with a higher timing chip? Is it better to run low timng and going lean?

Maxeffort chip and the V4 helped me.

I am still waiting to put my Vigilante 3000 stall in however.

Can't find anyone yet to install it for me.
