Need some help in Houston

Anyone has a spare ECM that I can try out?
DAMN I changed everything and still can't get #6 to run!

Changed injector harness, changed plug wire 2 times, plugs AC23's @0.032, coil/Coilpack, O2 sensor, swapped injectors around, compression is good, leakdown ok, etc.

Other cylinders are all sooted. MAF is at 5-6 @ idle. FP 42 static, TPS 0.42, IAC 18. TT chip, voltage 14 @ idle

I am starting to suspect the ECM. What do you think?

I had a cracked valve spring on #6 exaust but it did'nt make any noise. Played hell tryin to figure out the miss. Just a thought. Good luck.

I was able to borrow an ECM from a local member.
Had a defective ECM as the car runs smooth on the borrowed unit.

This was not a miss.
She ran on 6 for the first 4 seconds then one cylinder quit.
So, effectively, not a miss in the general sense. GREAT input though!

hey man u can get them at oreilly for pretty cheap and u have a warrenty on it. Im running one in my dads 85 with no probems. Just make sure you get the correct numbers off the old ecm
