I am looking for a low cost alternative for the the thumbwheel hardware. I don't even need the chip. I know about Casper's but $99 seems a bit high for an 8 position. I also would prefer a 16 position. I don't want to make my own if I can help it.

Thanks,
Tom

See if you can find a used T-wheel with a removable chip. Otherwise, you're stuck buying one from John.

I have an 8-posi programmed for 55's. It also has the anti-theft, ECM cut-off switch. I bought it off a board member and never tried it, went to ME instead. I'll sell it to ya for $75, you can use it as a blank.
