need street 93 chip advice, w/mods

who makes the best chips? i'm new to this and have a stock 86 gn but want to add stuff like 3" downpipe, exhaust, intake, and the car is street driven but not daily and won't have a cat on it.

For now I would get a Thrasher, they are only $25 and work good for slightly modded cars. Once you get into it more and get a bigger turbo, injectors, etc you need to have one burned especially for your application
