Need to borrow a fuel pressure regulator

I need to borrow a fuel pressure regulator for no more than 5min to check and see if mine is going bad. My gauge is stuck on 39psi no matter what way I turn the screw. I want to set my pressure at 43 line off and leave it until I can find a deal on one. Thanks

might be the fuel pump since the reg is ok

It was the gauge. Running smooth again for now
