I was wanting to first paint a section of my dash overlay piece (has really dark grey edges that goes around the steering column). Its the rectangular plastic piece that the clear plastic gauge lense adheres to. Anybody know which color I can use to fix it? Some sort of model paint I need?

Also need to paint that plastic piece with the floor heater vent in it that has two 7mm bolts and sits directly under the steering column. A piece broke off and I had to superglue it back together and now I want to paint over it so you can't see the crease. Which color best matches that factory grey?

Thanks, sorry if these descriptions sound stupid. I can take pics if you need me to.

Best ive seen is the Kirbans paint. SEM Presido is a little to light IMO

Are you talking about for the "light" grey color like the color of the plastic piece under the steering column? What about that dash overlay...it is a darker grey. Or does Kirban have both colors?

Lighter stuff the SEM Presido will work and van bbe picked up at a pint supply place...otherwise use the Kirbas paint I think he only sells one shade. Its good stuff

I've used Kirbans Grey with good results... I should have bought two cans...

Thanks guys I will get me some Kirban's paint for the lighter grey stuff. What about the "darker" grey? The darker grey on the dash plaque is the same as the shifter panel area I believe. Anyone know which paint is best to use for that color?
