Need to rebuild, anyone near? VA

Hello all,
My 87 TR has water/antifreeze coming out of the pipes. So car is parked. It is basically stock with a chip and filter. I drive it about 3 times a week, and want a street combo that will run in the 11's. Looking for anyone in the area that is knowledgeable on these cars that can rebuild it and or sell me a long block.
