Yep, just the number of ft/lbs to torque'er to... and a recommended sequence if ya got one.

I found 100 ft/lbs for stud, and 70 ft/lb for bolt in a old Buick book I have. I would get another opinion just to be sure.

According to the torque listing section of the Turbo Regal Website it is 100 ft lbs. I know when I first did my rear main seal I saw the 70 ftlb spec you saw in that same book and that is what I did mine at. Figured that's about the same as a small block Chevy so it should be right, then after I looked around some more found that it should be 100 ftlbs so I took everything apart and retorqued it. Only drove about 100 miles at the 70lb torque so I don't think it hurt anything.
 
Thanks guys... I went to GNTTYPE.org and found the listing (what a resource!)... appearantly hand tight isn't good enough. :p
