New before black owner! I just got a 78' Sport Coupe

Yesterday I was able to bring home my new 78' Sport Coupe turbo Regal! The car belonged to a good friend of mine who has a few other projects in the works and needed a good DD. So I swapped my 86' Regal for his 78'. I must say that I am in love with this car! It is a dream to drive and I still can’t get over how smooth the engine is! I would have thought the carb/turbo setup had much less power then I expected but she has a bit of get up and go! Nothing like my 87' or 84' but still just right for what the car is. I look forward to messing with the "before black" era now and I'm sure I will enjoy it as much as I enjoy my fuel injected turbos. All the car truly needs is a nice paint job and some nice wheels and she is set! I have also come to realize that now I have one of each turbo Buick generations!
