Started my new build, runs great, having a problem of getting the engine to idle below 1525 rpm, checked with Erick, (his street chip) he told me to check the throttle blade and make shure it was closed as far as possible, it is, all parimenters look good on the scanmaster, the IAC counts are 0 and 1525 and start to climb as I increase throttle, have shut down engine a few times as
Erick,s lit. states, didn't help, unplugged power to the computer and back, on that start up it had counts below 1525 and acted like it wanted to idle normal, after I increased throttle (don't want a fresh build to idle too long) it went back to 1525 and 0 cross counts, any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

You have an air leak somewhere in your intake. Check your vacuum lines, EGR, intake manifold gasket, upper plenum gasket, PCV, etc.

Ditto to post above. I caused a vacuum leak when changing my injectors and doing some spring cleaning. My car idled around 1,500 rpm and would not come down. Found the leak and it was back to normal. There is a way to check with propane to help narrow down the leak.

Had the same issue, did a boost leak test and found tons of them. Now the car is around 25 counts and down to 128 on the BLM from the 135 area.

Mark at Buickgn.com has a boost leak tester that will help you out big time. Get some zip ties ready and some soapy water or WD 40 and start looking for bubbles and gurgling sounds. ;)
