That car has some potential add a 150 shot leave everything else stock and tada!!! for under 50 k your on the road with a 550 hp monster that is super reliable. not a bad deal if you ask me. There is a silver 03 Z06 over my way with a 150 upgraded intake and cat delete/ simulators a clutch and drag radials that pretty much it. not be fukced with on the street. go high 10's then around a corner at 1.0 g and stop on a dime . We could only dream.

Corvette has no peer for what it is and does. Even moreso with the coming of the C6. Now, I did see a nice Porsche G3 last night, but that's another story...
I like the new body, but I have to see it live. I'd bet I'll like it even more when I do.
The color is too much for my taste. I had one yellow car (1970 Boss 302) - that was quite enough.
I will probably never own a Vette. First, while the value is top notch, they cost too much. Second, they're impractical. Third, there's too many guys needing Viagra driving 'em.
Put me in a Chevy showroom in '69 and I'm buying a Z-28 or a 396/375 Nova or Chevelle, if you know what I mean.
BTW, the Chrysler stuff is just plain damn ugly. Tramples on my fond memories of Rapid Transit and Scat Pack...

Wow, that's awesome. I've seen a black on on the road but the yellow is much neater. This may be the car that I have to break down and sell the GN for in a couple of years. It would break my heart but owning one car that can barely go in rain much less snow and then one that would be a pain in the snow just isn't feasible.

My boss is a Dodge guy and is always smackin' on GM. I mentioned it to him in his thread over there and he says he will keep his eye out for a GN creeping up on him.
Its amazing how he posts his new LS2 powered car on LS2.com and it turns into this huge flamefest about how ugly the car is and how C5 owners are jealous and this and that. Its starting to annoy me, how people can be a part of LS2 and have nothing positive to say about the LS2 boggles my mind. There is even a C5 owner saying the C6 is slower than a ZO6.
If I heard correctly, doesnt the C5 ZO6 have like 5 more HP than the C6?
