New engine and tt chip now no power !

So just got done installing my new engine build and tt chip was getting ready to set cam timming and realized I have no power to any part of the car ! Any help would be appreciated !

Recheck all the wiring, esp the positive cable. Make sure the ground is good and the battery is charged. Look at all the simple things. Those are the ones that usually bite my ass.

Make sure that positive wire is hooked up to the battery.

Ok I checked all my wiring and it's all ok ... I have power to the c16 pin (12 v power) at the ecm but when I check power at the fuse box I have nothing. I also don't have any power coming from the a6 pin the ignition input power ( bad ecm ? ) running out of things to check

On the main lug of the starter theres the battery cable and 2 other ring terminals with 3 wires. The 3 wires have fuse able links on them. Check for power at the fuse able links.
