New fbody Radiator and intrepid fan Casper’s relay - fans won’t come on

Fan won’t come on.

I recently removed the AC from the car installed a front mount at time also. Went for a 20min drive after I finished. Up pipe blew off the intake put that back on headed home. Saw my temp was 216 pulled over looked things over and saw my stock Fan resistor blew up and split In half.

I then installed the fbody radiator with intrepid fans Casper’s kit.

Was starting to flush the system, got it up to temp ran about 10 min then saw the fans were kicking on

Power to the stock relays. Casper relays have power also
Jumped the ac connector but fans didn’t turn on
Noticed the original fan connector has no power to it.

Fusible relay?
What’s the culprit?

Instructions from Casper’s says it’s driven by low speed fan circuit not the (AC) high speed side.

Thanks. I read it, going to try to trouble shoot more tomorrow. I ordered new relays and fusible today.
