I do not know what the earl b upgrade is. I never did anything to it. It's brand new. I didn't hear from you and someone else jumped on it. I haven't received payment yet so if he bails I'll give you another shot at it first.

Earl Brown only does the OEM covers. I have never seen him do any aftermarket covers. Contact him for a 100% sure answer on this.
