New GN jacket

Want to start off with I'm not affiliated with this seller at all.

Just received my new jacket I got off of Ebay and wow very nice. Small embroidered GN intercooled emblem on front and large one on the back with the power 6 on the arm. Medium weight with fairly heavy duty Nylon outside and comfy inside with lots of pockets, draw strings ect.
Perfect for working on cars, outside work ect and nice enough to wear anywhere. Looks better in person then the pics show.

Only problem was it took 2 weeks to get after I paid and it looks like they only have XL in stock right now.

Is it worth that price though?

Its nice, I'll give that guy that. But almost $100 for it.

I mean just because he stitched some Buick GN things on it, did it make it more then say, a $30 jack from walmart that you could have that stuff stitched onto it?

I looked it up before I bought it
Port Authority Jacket
Basically a $50 jacket plain
It looks like everything is embroidered, no patches, as it says in his add 55,000 stitches,.
It's $88 shipped and comes with their $14 embroidered cap free which is also nice, IMO its easilly worth that and more, no cheasy satin one.
Just letting anybody that may have been interested in it know it isn't junk.

Thats a cool idea! A friend I grew up with owns Security Race Products, They build and sell race suits and safety equipment for boat racers. Anyways they do custom embriodery and they do most of the local high school lettermans jackets. If there was enough people interested I could hook something up.

I made one a few years ago. It has black leather sleeves and the rest is grey wool. It has "Grand National" on the front and the Power 6 on the back with "Buick Motorsports" under it. I used a Motorsports sticker that Kirbans sells as a pattern. It came out very nice and I've had a lot of compliments on the jacket. It pains me to think how much I have invested it it though.

im sure alot, but its nice to have something that nobody else has.
