New guy from Alabama!

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum. I just traded for my first turbo Buick. It is a gold '85 in pretty good shape. I will admit to knowing very little about these cars, but plan to start reading like a fiend.

Here is the ad from which I bought the car.

Turbonetics stage 3 turbo, Kenne Bell headers, down pipe, exaust, Spearco FMIC, MSD 50# injectors, MAFT, GNX coil pack, Taylor spark plug wires, Methanol injection kit, Greedy boost controler, knock gauge, GNX dash gauges, cold air intake, intercooler hard pipe kit, camshaft (speck card in trunk) all new suspension including poly bushings, new shocks and lowering springs,BFG drag radials. plus a lot more, I have all the recepts for everydime spent on the car including oil changes,plus a picture of it sitting in front of the factory where it was built.

EDIT: I would post a pic, but I do not have the required post count yet.

From driving it home it runs well, and seems in good shape. It did start to heat up while sitting at a light.

Might want to consider having it looked at by a competent turbo Buick specialist before problems develop further.

Thank you for the kind welcome. I have a friend who runs a turbo shop in town, I am trying to get him to come look the car over.

I have also been reading about the F-Body radiator mod.
