New headers, crossover, clamps, gaskets and hardware. They were installed on the engine on the stand. These are the ones sold by Mark H on BuickGN. $575.00 shipped in the lower 48. New 3 inch down pipe, 38mm external waste gate, with turbonetics boost controller. New 3 inch dump pipe. Comes with all hardware. $575.00 shipped in the lower 48. Pipe has never been installed. Pipe is the one sold by Mark H on BuickGN. These parts came with a car I bought and I am going 4 bolt headers. I will gets some pics tomorrow. I am in NC.

I thought about doing just that, even bought the 4 bolt flange from TA performance, but I have a friend who has a set of ATR 4 bolt headers that I can put my hands on and I will not need to do any cutting and welding.
