New injectors/chip and car won’t idle

I installed 60lb injectors and chip from turbo tweak yesterday. I couldn’t get the car to stay running on it’s own. My ignition switch crapped out so I had to call it a day. Instructions say you have to drive the car for the computer to learn. Is my idle issue normal until you drive the car a little?
