New shop Help concerning Lift

I am building a new shop soon and want to make sure I have enogh head room for a lift someday. I was looking at 12' side walls. Is this ok ?
Also any tips on where to buy a metal building. I am looking at a 40 X 60 foot size. Lay out suggestions also welcome. I was looking at 3, 10 foot wide doors on the front 60 foot side with a man door on the 40 foot side.

many websites that let you do a custom layout, and will even send you quotes on your design.
That's where I'd start.
12' CLEAR is a good wall hgt.[And a minimum, IMO.] Be sure to take into consideration any lighting that may be suspended, etc.
A Backyard Buddy is a nice lift that can be had w/ a caster system, so it can be moved around.
