New System / Voltage Booster

I just installed my new system. It sounds great. But, I was wondering if having a Caspers Voltage Booster will hurt the stereo at WOT? Cause, I think it puts an additional +3 Volts at WOT. So, will that hurt Amps? Head, Cap., etc. Just Wondering.

Hard to say. Probably would not hurt quality equipment. However, I have seen some stiffening caps that are only rated at 16v. That might be pushing it.

Whats the equipment of choice? Sounds like +3 volts is on the high side of things. The only concern is the cap really, because depending on your amp etc.. they have a regulated power supply (hopefully). I really would not use the volt booster, i have a buddy who does 18v into amps for spl purposes, but longevity is all but lost when this is done.
