new timing chain and valve springs

I having new valve springs and timing chain installed next week.....
any certain brand you really like? or is a spring a spring? an a chain a chain?

As I was looking for the springs and chain...I noticed some vendors selling a "cam, chain, and springs" all together...... looking at my sig....would this benefit me? or is my mileage to high? I'm not trying to destroy this baby just yet......

I bought both from local speedshop 980-12 you don't need 16.

Yes the actual number is comp 980-12. I got them from Northern Autoparts for cheap.
If there is nothing wrong with the cam just change the springs and timing chain. You will notice a difference from the worn out stock springs.
