new tires?

I'm going to buy new tires for my 87gn (I'm not a racer) Car is my daily driver. I have p235 60 r15's on it now and the only problem is a rubbing sound from thr right front wheel when cranking hard to the right. I can't tell where it is rubbing but it sounds like sheet metal. What is the best street tire for the money(futureas)? I do like to do an occassional burn out just to show off. Tommy
