New Transcooler

I am looking to get a new Transcooler. The current one that I have is roughly 11X10X1.5 no fan and is mounted between the front Air Dams. I was thinking of getting a Derale. Which model would be a good fit for that location? I saw a few that might work but wanted to ask if anyone had a model in mind.

I use a Derale 25 row Hyper-cool as recommended by Dave Husek . I mounted it under the battery tray with a custom mount that I welded up , there is plenty of room to mount it there . I did have pictures of the install posted , but they may be gone .
This is the one I used .

The thread I started is " Trans Cooler upgrade " March 2018 . the pictures are gone but there is alot of good info . I can take more pics when I get my car out of the trailer and on the lift .

Since heat is the enemy of a transmission , I decided to up grade my cooler with a 46000btu Derale Hyper-Cool . I got this cooler from Dave Husek on his recommendation . It comes as a kit with all the hardware , fittings , thermostat switch & 10' of hose . Hopefully installing this weekend .

For the record I logged trans fluid pressure going to the cooler and there is no more than 70-80 psi max on the lines going to the cooler and that is only for a short time , mostly 30psi .

I made my own brackets out of flat stock.

A little of this helped the temp sensor seal up..
