New in box, never used. If I could spend more than a few days in port I would figure out how to hook the ECM to my computer and update it with the most recent file from FAST. I was dragging my feet on this because I didn't want to give all my info to FAST just to turn around and sell the unit to someone else and have to have FAST update their "owner" info. Makes no diff to me either way though.
