I bought the 1320 electronics Bluetooth scanner.

I noticed that the to voltage is a little low and the iac is a little high.

The car was not up to temp and the blm were high.

Should I start with the top voltage and iac or start with lowering the blm?

The car has a turbo tweak chip in it.

Here is a screenshot with it up to temp.

It looks like the iac drops to 29 when it warms up.

The next question is should I be able to watch the o2 to go from high to low and back to high? Or does it kinda level out because it reads all the cylinders.

The first pic isn't of much use because the car isn't warmed up. But the second pic shows nothing that's out of the ordinary. Oh sure, your BLM is a little high, but not maxed out, so the car should be running just fine. You could fix that by adding just a bit of fuel via your chip.
Your TPS is just a bit low though, I like to shoot for .40 to .42 with key on engine off.
 
Maf reading looks a little low. Mine runs around 6 at idle. Might be causing the lean BLM. What are the 3 malfunction codes?
 
I am not sure they are real codes. It seems like it adds another code every time i run the program
