My wife found this last night on the rack at a Walmart here in Canada.
A 1992 RED/SILVER GMC TYPHOON never seen this before? Any one else have this or seen it? thanks Anthony

It's a 1/64th scale Johnny Lightning, correct?

Saw several of those the other day @ my local Wally. I passed on them I'm not a "truck" fan, and the paint quality looked bad. The price was right though..just wasn't interested.

Yes those are the ones. I bought one just because of what they are and close to the buick family.

I understand about the Buick family - I have too many cars and am trying to curve my diecast hunger. :wink:

If you happen to go back..check for another color. I'm almost positive I saw a brown/cream colored one as well.

Odd colors I know, if I see it again I'll post back here.

The Walmart here just sucks in the toy department. There is next to no selection for toys. So when I do see something I get it. I doubt I will see any more there. I have to go over the border to find anything grand national or turbo buick related.

I snagged the white '70 GSX today from the same series. The card was in bad shape so now it's an opener. :smile:

I didn't see the brown/gold/cream '93 Typhoon, but the red & silver casting was still there.

There are 4 variations of the Typhoon so far, red/silver and turqoise/silver with and without the roof rack.
