The front braces are just dirty...as normal.
These parts are in very very nice shape. The powdercoating is very very shiny. My close friend does it for me and clears everything.

I had a stock location stretched PTE. Now I have a big RJC MEGACOOLER . The brace won't fit with the pipes running under the core support. I'll make a new one.
If you don't have any front braces..you should get both that I have. They really help.
