OK,so i have eliminated that factory vac block and i have a .800 spacer under the upper plenum.
My question is what should i drill and tap for?
I have been told 1/8 in pipe to 1/4 nipple but that looks to big...
just eyeballing a 1/8 in pipe to 3/16 nipple looks almost the same size nipple as the one on the MAP sensor

I know there are many that have gone this route...please tell me what fittings you used

also a quick second question...where did you tap the nipples and how many did you use?
I thought 1 for MAP (xfi car), 1 for FPR,1 for boost gauge, and then 1 split later on down the vac line for cruise/hvac

The size you need to drill and tap is 1/8th NPT. Just use some of the fittings that you get with a boost gauge, and tap into "manifold vacuum". You might be able to tap into the back of the plenum to keep the clutter down.

1/8 barb x 1/8 mpt would work for the smaller lines and a 3/8 barb x 1/4 mpt for the pcv.

You can get them at Ace Hardware too. ;)

Don't know if this is of any help or not.
