hey everyone out there,
i have a TR with thusual 200r4,this tranny is pretty strong,it has a shift kit and shifts easy @low rpm and when i put mt foot into it shifts firm and hard right in thr peak power band as it should.i got caught in a relly bad rain storm and the car got soaked where that plug goes underneath the car.so after that the car locked up a few more times than nothing,no sound,no funny shift. so im baffled. so ive been keeping off the highway and staying off 4th gear even though it does shift into 4th just fine,tranny shops just want do a whole re-build.i know it doesnt need one.it has no slip,fluid was just serviced,does anyone have any advice i personally think
