No alky but pump sounds like it's working ?

Using Razor's Alky kit. I did not install it, it came on the car. Previous owner said it was working. it looks to be installed correctly from the little things I've looked at.

LED by boost gauge does not come on but power injection light does while pressing the test button. If you listen to the pump it certainly sounds like it is working. EGT's and O2's do not change at all while the test button is pressed and the motor does not bog at all no matter where the knob is turned.

Can someone give me some ideas what to troubleshoot first ?

Silly but basic question. Does your tank contain any alky?

I don't think Clayton just crawled out of a pic a nic basket......he should be smarter than the average bear....lol
Haven't bugged him for a while, thought I should.
I would say if the pump is making noise, either it has an airlock,the pump is damaged internally, or the nozzle is plugged.
Have you taken off the up pipe to see if it's spraying?

Clayton, get with me and i'll email you the instructions so you have how the system is wired and works.

The turnon LED not lighting.. that is something, if the power injection lites.. its sending voltage to the pump.

The air lock in the line.. possible.

There were some changes performed to the pumps late last year, the controller will have a MFG date.. if it was pre Nov last year, get with me for updates.

No updates have occurred this year except for tank changes.

And you can always call me.. whether you bought it from me or not.. I always will support it.. probably something simple.

And yes Hyboost, of course it has alky in the tank. I'm a newbie to alky injection, not TR's as you can see by my sig.
