No downshift into 2nd gear

BRF trans...
1 to 2 shift is very soft at part throttle,but still firm at WOT,2-3 shift firm
Anyway,trans will not kickdown into 2nd,it goes into first..like it skips right over 2nd
thoughts? Did a search..didn't really come up with anything specific

I will be going to talk to the builder on Monday...

Just got back from the tranny shop...builder thinks its the servo (It has a Super Servo) and told me to come back on Wednesday...he said he wants to look around for an old TH200 servo.

had a stretched and cracked band lug..all fixed and back together
