no fuel pressure??

I finally got my car all back together, and I tried to fire it up today. After countless cranks with nothing I unscrewed the nozzle on the fuel rail and checked it out, the fuel rail is still bone dry and the filter under the power steering pump is dry too. Is my Fuel pump bad? I want to upgrade the pump anyway, can a walbro 340 be found in town, like at a napa or something or will I have to order it? can Anyone help me out?

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the ignition key on?

Jump out the test lead and make sure you have voltage to the pump and that th pump is running.
