No one knows wire to hook tach to?

I'm installing a shift light I have to hook it to the same wire you would hook an after market tach to. Doesn't any one know which wire this is. Any help here would be appreciated.

its the white wire in the coil plug

There are 2 white wires going to the coil pack. One at the end of the connector and one about 5 wires over from that one. Which one is it?
